Sunday School is offered for children grades Kindergarten thru 6th starting at 9:45 each Sunday.

Classes are divided based on grade. The curriculum is rooted in teaching the love of Jesus through bible stories, crafts, and fun!

Great question! Our high school group gathers during Education Hour every Sunday at 9:30am in your own dedicated space to build community, have conversations that matter to you, and to wrestle with hard questions. You do not need to be "Lutheran" or a member to attend. All are welcome!

At St. John's we believe in learning throughout our life from age 1 to 101. This is why we have dedicated the one hour slot between services from 9:45am to 10:45am every Sunday to be our "Education Hour."

In addition to Sunday School for everyone under 18, our adult forum offers and opportunity to grow in faith and have challenging conversations within a community of grace and love. Some topics that we have covered in the past have been, "How to celebrate the church year at home", "How to nature creation in a changing climate" and even invited facilitators from ASU to host a class on civil dialogue. Our adult forum meets next door to the church at our affordable retirement community, St. John's Manor. All are welcome.
