Your voice matters—and there’s an important opportunity coming up to be part of the life and future of our church.
We invite you to attend the Congregational Meeting on Sunday, May 3 at 9:45am, held both in the Sanctuary and on Zoom for your convenience. As the primary decision-making gathering at St. John’s, this meeting plays a vital role in shaping the direction of our church community.
During this time together, we will elect new council members, hear important updates, and engage in meaningful discussion about the work and ministry of the church. It’s also a chance to meet candidates, ask questions, and share your perspective on key matters.
To help you prepare, be sure to pick up a copy of the Annual Report at least two weeks in advance. This will give you insight into the past year and help you come ready to thoughtfully participate in the decisions ahead.
Whether you attend in person or join via Zoom, your presence and input are valued. This is more than just a meeting—it’s an opportunity to actively participate in the mission and ministry of St. John’s.
We hope you’ll join us and be part of this important moment in our church community.
