Soup Suppers Are Back for Lent 🍲

Lent is a season of reflection, community, and shared journey—and one of the ways we live that out together is around the table.

Beginning Wednesday, February 25, we’ll gather each Wednesday during Lent for our Soup Suppers from 5:00–6:00 pm in the Chapel Area.

It’s simple food, meaningful conversation, and time together as we prepare our hearts for Easter.

Note: The Bell Choir will eat first and then head to practice.

Can You Bring Soup or Bread?

We’re inviting members and friends to help provide soup or bread for these evenings.

What’s needed:

  • Soups that serve 8–12 people

  • Bread to accompany the meal

  • Please bring food by 4:45 p.m.

As part of our Lenten journey, we’re keeping things simple—no desserts. Coffee, tea, bowls, spoons, and cups/mugs will all be provided.

We Also Need Helping Hands

Clean-up help is just as important as the cooking! If you’re able to lend a hand before or after supper, we would greatly appreciate it.

👉 Please sign up on the sheet located on the table in the Narthex.

Sharing soup may seem small, but gathering around the table strengthens our community and reminds us that we walk this Lenten road together.

Thank you for helping make these evenings warm, welcoming, and nourishing—in every way.
