Special Congregational Meeting on Sept. 20, at 9:45 am

Please plan to join us for a Special Congregational Meeting on Sunday, September 20, at 9:45 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Worship Center and on Zoom, giving everyone an opportunity to participate.

The Council has called this special meeting to consider two important matters for our congregation:

1. Resurfacing the flat roofs: The congregation will consider whether to resurface the flat roofs at a cost not to exceed $20,000, with the work to be completed by KYKO Roofing.

2. Calling an Outreach Coordinator: The congregation will consider calling Wendy Schulz to serve as our half-time Outreach Coordinator (20 hours per week). This would include modifying the 2026 budget to accommodate an annual salary of $26,000, along with 40 hours of vacation time and 40 hours of paid time off annually.

These decisions are important to the ongoing ministry and stewardship of our congregation. We encourage everyone to learn more, ask questions, and prayerfully consider these matters before the meeting.
